Description

Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP Transactional Banking within the SAP Fioneer Platform.
Design and deliver customer-centric solutions for transactional banking and banking services modules.
Optimize module-related processes to improve operational efficiency and performance.
Implement solutions and integrate them smoothly into existing banking IT infrastructures.
Drive digitalization and process automation to create measurable client value.
Contribute to initial implementations as well as the ongoing evolution of the module.
Support architecture and solution shaping for transformation initiatives.
Lead transformation efforts within banking services projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics.
5–7 years of relevant work experience leading and successfully implementing digital transformation projects in the banking services industry.
Demonstrated ability to integrate SAP Transactional Banking solutions into existing banking infrastructures.
Proven track record of driving efficiency improvements within module functionalities for clients.
Experience contributing to both the initial implementation and ongoing development of SAP banking modules.
Strong business acumen combined with solid IT solution design skills.
Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
Experience driving architecture and shaping solutions is preferred.
Experience leading transformations is preferred.
