Description

  • Drive regional ARR growth by managing enterprise sales opportunities and territory performance.
  • Sell Seeq software and solutions to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop and expand current customer accounts through renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Prospect for and develop new logo opportunities to meet ARR and new logo targets.
  • Collaborate with industry experts, Customer Success Managers, Analytics Engineers, Enablement, partners, and the broader sales organization.
  • Develop, present, and sell solution proposals based on Seeq’s value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close deals.
  • Manage pipeline activities including forecasting, account strategy, planning, and resource allocation.
  • Build strategic alignment with third-party influencers and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and contribute effectively as both an individual contributor and team member.

Requirements

  • Direct sales experience with manufacturing and operational technology organizations in the chemical and life sciences/pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong background in selling enterprise SaaS with a proven sales track record.
  • Demonstrated ability to penetrate accounts, meet with multiple stakeholders, and engage VP- and C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
  • Ability to manage a sales territory by prioritizing, prospecting, and developing accounts.
  • Experience in forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Growth mindset with commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Multilingual skills and additional regional language capabilities are preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of residence; Seeq does not sponsor US F1 or H-1B visas.
