Description

  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to lead annual strategic planning, quarterly OKR refreshes, and company-wide business reviews.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and accountability.
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and structured frameworks.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans with defined success metrics.
  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO by helping prioritize initiatives, manage time, and streamline communications.
  • Prepare executive presentations, board materials, investor updates, and internal communications.
  • Manage executive communications and ensure message consistency across internal and external audiences.
  • Own the company’s operating cadence, including leadership meetings, company-wide Tag-Ups, quarterly planning, and board prep.
  • Develop frameworks, tools, and dashboards to track strategic initiative performance, OKRs, and operational KPIs.
  • Drive alignment and follow-through across departments, surfacing blockers and escalating risks proactively.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or executive leadership roles within high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders, including the CEO and Board.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • High EQ and executive presence, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving seamlessly between strategy and execution.
  • Background in scaling organizations through major growth inflection points, such as $100M to $250M ARR, is preferred.
  • Experience supporting a CEO or executive team in a high-visibility capacity is preferred.
  • MBA or advanced business education is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of residence; Seeq does not sponsor US F1 or H-1B work visas.
