Description

  • Understand complex customer needs and prioritize customer and business value as market conditions evolve.
  • Work cross-functionally with product leadership, engineering, design, and customer success to drive transparency and teamwork.
  • Prioritize, plan, and execute product ideas, features, and enhancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the market direction, user needs, competitive landscape, and solutions ecosystem.
  • Align product direction and roadmap to the company vision and key metrics.
  • Define and analyze product and feature metrics to measure success and quality.
  • Break down complex problems into actionable steps that support product development at speed and scale.
  • Own ambiguous problem spaces where correctness, attribution, and accuracy are critical.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical product management experience in an enterprise and/or startup environment.
  • Experience building large-scale data experiences for risk or cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of data platform design and operations, including medallion architecture, lambda architecture, and data vault concepts.
  • Proven ability to drive data-informed decision making, define quality metrics, and hold teams accountable to outcomes.
  • Experience working effectively with both frontline engineers and executives, translating technical detail into business impact.
  • Comfort owning ambiguous problem spaces where correctness, attribution, and accuracy matter as much as speed.
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, data science, compliance, or statistics is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • MBA and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred.
