Description

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the integrations and data ingestion platform, including partner connectors, APIs, webhooks, eventing, and related tooling.
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver bidirectional integrations with strategic partners, including data exchange, sync patterns, and service-level agreements.
  • Design and evolve data ingestion capabilities, including schemas, contracts, transformation flows, error handling, and observability.
  • Partner with internal product and engineering teams to identify integration needs and ensure the platform supports high-quality integrations efficiently.
  • Work directly with external partners’ product and technical teams to shape solutions, negotiate requirements and timelines, and coordinate launches.
  • Collaborate with data, security, privacy, and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal governance requirements.
  • Define and track success metrics for integrations and data ingestion, including adoption, reliability, latency, and data quality.
  • Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices for internal teams and partners.
  • Guide products from conception to launch while aligning roadmap planning with key metrics and customer value.
  • Break down complex problems into actionable steps that support product development at speed and scale.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, including significant time on platform, integrations, or data products.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping and scaling third-party integrations or data ingestion pipelines in a B2B SaaS or platform environment.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, authentication/authorization, data models, event schemas, and integration patterns.
  • Proven ability to work with external partners and internal stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Data-driven decision-making experience with product metrics for reliability, performance, and adoption.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity and compliance standards such as NIST, PCI, and SIG.
  • Experience owning feature delivery and product tradeoffs.
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, data science, compliance, or statistics is preferred.
  • Availability to work in a role that does not include immigration sponsorship.
