Description

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area and align stakeholders across the business.
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver customer-facing features and platform capabilities.
  • Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI workflows, including human-in-the-loop systems and autonomous task execution.
  • Partner with AI engineering to define agent behavior, escalation logic, output quality standards, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities to embed intelligent automation into existing workflows based on customer pain points.
  • Work directly with customers, customer-facing teams, and external partners to validate problems and shape solutions.
  • Collaborate with data, security, privacy, and legal teams to ensure product decisions meet governance and compliance requirements.
  • Define and track success metrics such as adoption, reliability, quality, and efficiency gains.
  • Influence product direction beyond immediate scope and help elevate the PM practice across the team.
  • Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices that scale knowledge across teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping significant products or platforms with clear ownership of outcomes.
  • Experience defining and delivering AI-powered product features, including agentic workflows, LLM integration, or intelligent automation.
  • Strong technical fluency in system design, APIs, data models, AI pipelines, and product architecture.
  • Proven ability to set direction, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Data-driven decision-making experience, including defining product metrics and using them to guide strategy and prioritization.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Experience working in or adjacent to cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management is preferred.
  • Prior experience mentoring PMs or helping grow a product organization is a plus.
