Description

  • Plan and execute product launch initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop product positioning, packaging, and pricing that differentiates AvePoint’s offerings.
  • Engage customers, partners, analysts, and the market with roadmap and innovation messaging.
  • Research target markets, personas, and competitors to build segmentation, ICPs, battlecards, and messaging maps.
  • Gather customer feedback through advisory councils, previews, surveys, and field input to influence the product roadmap.
  • Enable product, field, and corporate marketing teams with strategy documentation and core assets.
  • Track solution performance using metrics such as ARR, Product Attachment, and GRR, and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Mentor other members of the marketing team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology, preferably SaaS.
  • Background working with AI, DSPM, and CSPM technologies strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products and leading go-to-market efforts.
  • Strong positioning and messaging skills with the ability to craft clear, simple messages.
  • Experience engaging effectively with sales organizations to drive results.
  • Market research and analytical skills with the ability to build strategy from data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, sales, product, services, and other functions.
  • Strong storytelling skills across written, presentation, thought leadership, and social formats.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Willingness to continuously learn new techniques and mentor others.
