Description

  • Own the roadmap for seller-facing quoting, approvals, and opportunity workflows across Salesforce and CPQ.
  • Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to identify and prioritize the highest-leverage problems.
  • Translate ambiguous go-to-market problems into shipped solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Build clickable prototypes, dashboards, data models, internal tools, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Instrument adoption, track usage and business impact, and iterate on shipped internal products.
  • Use modern AI tools throughout requirements gathering, analysis, prototyping, and building.
  • Work closely with Engineering to harden solutions for scale.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience building and owning enterprise software or internal tools.
  • Experience with go-to-market or revenue systems such as Salesforce, CPQ/quoting, or adjacent sales/revenue operations tooling.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into clear requirements and measurable product outcomes.
  • Hands-on comfort building with modern AI tools and a willingness to prototype and build directly.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
  • Ability to build artifacts directly such as clickable prototypes, SQL-backed dashboards, or working POCs (preferred).
  • Experience building or operating AI agents/assistants in production, including adoption, evals, iteration, and rollback (preferred).
  • Deep Salesforce/CPQ domain expertise, including quote-to-cash, approvals, and opportunity management (preferred).
  • Familiarity with automation platforms such as Workato and hands-on SQL skills (preferred).
  • Track record of driving real adoption of internal tools, not just launching them (preferred).
