Description

  • Own and manage customer relationships across a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Guide customers from onboarding and implementation through upsell, renewal, and expansion.
  • Lead strategic conversations to align the platform with customers’ business challenges and goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the SecurityScorecard platform, cybersecurity, and third-party risk management.
  • Monitor and manage gross and net retention, including forecasting and portfolio execution.
  • Collaborate with regional account teams, CS leadership, and Sales leadership to improve the customer journey.
  • Develop tools, templates, and best practices to support the Customer Success team.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer in product and services design and deployment.
  • Provide proactive support and guidance to help customers operationalize the platform and become more secure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting B2B customers in a SaaS organization as a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of third-party risk management programs and experience in cybersecurity.
  • Experience working with C-level executives, including meetings, high-level presentations, and collaborative discussions.
  • Experience navigating large enterprise organizations (preferred).
  • Demonstrated success building strong customer relationships (preferred).
  • Proven success with new customer kickoffs, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling to grow ARR (preferred).
  • Strong program and project management abilities with the capacity to balance critical delivery tasks.
  • Technical aptitude, sound judgment, and strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a data-driven, metrics-oriented environment.
