Description

  • Manage client relationships within an assigned book of business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, escalations, and special requests.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities through strategic client recommendations.
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email to provide timely, high-level support.
  • Develop strong client relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
  • Collaborate with product support and technical teams to investigate issues and software bugs.
  • Monitor client health and schedule regular check-in calls to address concerns proactively.
  • Complete special projects and become a subject matter expert on new product areas.
  • Collaborate with sales, billing, marketing, international, and technical teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing an assigned book of business in customer service, coaching, training, sales, or account management.
  • Experience making client recommendations that led to upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and requests.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; startup experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with consistent work habits and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong technical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a positive and trustworthy demeanor.
  • Ability to take initiative and see tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to understand and communicate detailed information about services and systems.
  • Understanding of real estate and the real estate profession is a plus but not required.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
