Description

  • Own inbound and outbound partner engagement across email, LinkedIn, phone, and Zoom.
  • Execute high-volume outreach to recruit IT Service Providers into the Secureframe Service Partner Program.
  • Qualify inbound partner leads and respond quickly to new partner interest.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess partner fit and alignment.
  • Clearly articulate the value of Secureframe’s platform and partner program.
  • Guide prospective partners to the best-fit engagement model, including reseller or managed service provider paths.
  • Manage the partner recruitment lifecycle from first touch through provisioning.
  • Track outreach, conversations, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
  • Work closely with Partner Managers and the broader Partner Team to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent partner experience.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets while refining outreach strategies to improve conversion and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in a high-volume demand generation, sales development, or business development role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey value quickly.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRMs to track activity and performance.
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn new industries and products.
  • Experience working with channel partners, MSPs, or IT Service Providers (preferred).
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, or SaaS platforms (preferred).
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience (preferred).
  • Ability to travel by air to company offsites two to four times per year.
