Description

  • Hunt, develop, and close new and expansion business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations to prospects and customers.
  • Respond to functional requirements in RFIs and RFPs.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting in the company CRM.
  • Attend conferences and seminars virtually, regionally, and nationally.
  • Manage a realistic sales funnel and follow up quickly on inbound leads.
  • Cold call large enterprise organizations, including Fortune 500 and S&P 500 companies.
  • Lead prospects through the sales cycle with minimal assistance.

Requirements

  • Extensive relevant experience in a similar enterprise sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT, security, and compliance space, including DevOps, Vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance, Web Application Scanning, or similar enterprise security solutions.
  • Proven track record of hunting, consulting, and closing new business.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to deliver demos and speak professionally to prospects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively by email, in RFP responses, and in reports.
  • Ability to present comfortably via video conferencing in a work-from-home environment.
  • Ability to travel throughout the sales territory after COVID-19 restrictions ease.
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely within the assigned territory.
  • Sales background with Security or DevOps experience preferred.
