Description

Deliver implementation services to onboard new and existing SeatGeek clients to products and features.
Own the technical delivery of projects within defined scope and solution.
Lead and manage workstreams or full projects focused on setup, configuration, and change management.
Consult with clients to understand requirements and align solutions with their objectives.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects successfully and efficiently.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
Contribute to process improvement, efficiency, and client satisfaction initiatives.
Maintain deep knowledge of SeatGeek products and feature applicability as they evolve.
Support clients onsite during project deliveries and go-lives.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in technology-related services delivery.
Experience in consultation and requirements gathering.
Deep knowledge of ticketing technology.
Industry expertise with sports and entertainment-focused businesses.
Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability in executing against a brief and navigating challenges.
Creative problem-solving ability to assess and execute solutions effectively.
Comfort managing competing priorities while maintaining delivery focus.
Strong organizational skills and conscientious execution.
Consultative approach with the ability to listen, interpret needs, and guide solutions.
