Description

  • Deliver implementation services to onboard new and existing SeatGeek clients to products and features.
  • Own the technical delivery of projects within defined scope and solution.
  • Lead and manage workstreams or full projects focused on setup, configuration, and change management.
  • Consult with clients to understand requirements and align solutions with their objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects successfully and efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  • Contribute to process improvement, efficiency, and client satisfaction initiatives.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of SeatGeek products and feature applicability as they evolve.
  • Support clients onsite during project deliveries and go-lives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technology-related services delivery.
  • Experience in consultation and requirements gathering.
  • Deep knowledge of ticketing technology.
  • Industry expertise with sports and entertainment-focused businesses.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability in executing against a brief and navigating challenges.
  • Creative problem-solving ability to assess and execute solutions effectively.
  • Comfort managing competing priorities while maintaining delivery focus.
  • Strong organizational skills and conscientious execution.
  • Consultative approach with the ability to listen, interpret needs, and guide solutions.
