Description

  • Define and evolve a multi-year global rewards philosophy that balances market competitiveness with SeatGeek’s culture.
  • Advise the CEO, CFO, and CHRO on total rewards strategy and executive compensation matters.
  • Lead preparation for Compensation Committee meetings.
  • Design innovative equity programs aligned with long-term shareholder value.
  • Partner with Finance to build models for merit cycles, promotions, and equity burn rates.
  • Ensure compensation, benefits, and equity programs are understood and valued by employees.
  • Lead the use of AI and automation to streamline HR operations and internal processes.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of compensation, benefits, and HR operations professionals.

Requirements

  • 14+ years of experience in Total Rewards or Management Consulting.
  • At least 5 years leading teams in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Deep understanding of equity mechanics, including RSUs and options.
  • Ability to calculate and track burn rates, overhang, and dilution.
  • Experience translating cap table data into forecasts for the CFO and Board.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, especially in spreadsheets.
  • Ability to communicate complex HR and financial concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments and shifting between board-level and operational work.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive change constructively.
  • Experience and certifications may influence compensation.
  • Specific location may influence compensation.
