Description

  • Own new logo acquisition across major freight forwarders, 3PLs, and shippers.
  • Break into target accounts and multithread across sustainability, IT, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proactively build and convert pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events.
  • Run discovery conversations to uncover operational needs and carbon-reduction priorities.
  • Deliver compelling demos and clearly communicate ROI and operational impact.
  • Manage the full deal cycle end to end, including objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Lead negotiations and drive deals from first meeting to signed contract.
  • Consistently meet and exceed new ARR targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reliable sales forecasts.
  • Create urgency in long-cycle enterprise sales environments.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience carrying a sales quota.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight tech is a bonus.
