Description

  • Own Amazon P&L across active global marketplaces, including revenue, margin, advertising efficiency, and cost control.
  • Set and evolve the long-term Amazon channel strategy as the business expands internationally.
  • Lead Amazon product launches end to end, including listing creation, stock planning, ranking strategy, launch PPC, and post-launch optimisation.
  • Build a repeatable launch playbook that improves results across each new product family.
  • Own Amazon PPC across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, and later hire and lead specialists.
  • Manage TACoS through disciplined search-term analysis, negative-keyword management, and competitor monitoring.
  • Run account health and marketplace operations, resolving listing issues, suppressions, and policy compliance matters quickly.
  • Protect the Buy Box and maintain premium listing quality across titles, bullets, A+ content, imagery, and Brand Store pages.
  • Build and develop the Amazon team, starting with an Listing Specialist and adding PPC and Brand Management support as the channel grows.
  • Partner with Inventory, Product, Marketing, and the CEO on stock planning, launches, channel investment, and new-market expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and growing a multi-marketplace Seller Central account.
  • Direct experience overseeing significant Amazon growth for at least one other brand.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on as needed.
  • Experience launching products on Amazon.
  • Deep PPC expertise, including building campaign architecture from scratch and managing TACoS.
  • Experience leading at least one direct report.
  • Strong commercial judgement on spend, launch timing, pricing, and margin trade-offs.
  • Clear, credible communication that turns data into actionable insight.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon brand management, including Buy Box mechanics, listing quality, and A+ content.
  • Ambitious, high-energy, curious, and genuinely hands-on.
  • Background in premium, lifestyle, gifting, or accessories categories is desirable.
  • Experience with international marketplace launches or expansion is desirable.
  • Familiarity with EU marketplace compliance, VAT, regulatory requirements, and cross-border logistics is desirable.
  • Experience contributing to Amazon tooling, reporting automation, or internal analytics is desirable.

Benefits

  • Base salary of £90,000–£120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Profit share of 1.5% of the year-on-year increase in Amazon CM3, subject to a high-water mark.
