Description

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, R&D, and Operations to deliver product features.
  • Clarify requirements, identify blockers, and propose solutions to keep programs aligned and on track.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external partners.
  • Oversee the rollout of technical solutions to the marketplace and ensure strong performance and reliability.
  • Support product adoption and help achieve agreed-upon business and consumer outcomes.
  • Work with engineering teams to make informed trade-offs and support scalable, secure product development.
  • Apply knowledge of APIs, data systems, and platform capabilities to inform technical decisions.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
  • Support continuous improvement and delivery efficiency using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program management experience focused on technical platforms and sales operations workflows and tools.
  • Experience building and launching complex digital experiences used by large global audiences.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, and project reporting dashboards.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, or equivalent platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a collaborative, flexible mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
