Description

  • Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate data exploration, SQL/Python development, documentation, QA, summarization, and insight generation while protecting data quality and privacy.
  • Partner with product, design, economy, live operations, marketing, and leadership teams to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Own recurring business-health reporting for Marvel Strike Force, including KPI reviews, trend context, variance explanations, and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Analyze player behavior across onboarding, progression, events, offers, combat modes, and other core game systems to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Design and validate analytics tracking for new features, live events, player offers, and experiments.
  • Measure performance accurately from launch onward for features, events, and tests.
  • Turn detailed analysis into concise narratives and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Physics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, business analytics, financial analysis, data science, or a similar quantitative role.
  • 2+ years of experience using SQL/Python, including complex queries across multiple data sources.
  • 2+ years of experience creating reports in Tableau, Looker, or a similar reporting system.
  • Familiarity with experimentation, including A/B test design, metric selection, statistical significance, guardrail metrics, and post-test interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced live-service environment where priorities shift and data may be imperfect.
  • Curiosity and hands-on interest in using AI tools to improve analytics workflows, with strong judgment around validation and sensitive data handling.
  • Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in the mobile gaming domain is preferred.
  • Experience analyzing player lifecycle metrics such as onboarding, funnels, retention, engagement, progression, monetization, economy health, offers, events, or churn is preferred.
  • Experience with dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Git, notebook-based analysis, or reusable data models is preferred.
