Description

  • Own and evolve the analytics framework for ARPU, product attach rates, and transactional volume across the expansion suite.
  • Partner with Growth and Product teams to analyze multi-product adoption funnels and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Work with Data Science to operationalize propensity, churn, and next-best-action predictive models.
  • Lead A/B testing on pricing, packaging, and premium feature rollouts to improve conversion and expansion MRR.
  • Use AI tools to automate insights and build agentic workflows for data tasks.
  • Serve as the primary steward for expansion data quality across transactional and product event data streams.
  • Ensure data warehouse mappings are accurate for fintech, payments, insurance claims, and related product data.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis with emphasis on monetization analytics, pricing/packaging strategy, fintech metrics, or product-led growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expert-level SQL and Python skills.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT.
  • Deep experience using Mixpanel to analyze behavioral cohorts and conversion funnels.
  • Strong understanding of usage-based or transactional business models.
  • Comfort using Git/GitHub and modern AI-coding environments such as Cursor.
  • Early adopter of AI tools with experience using LLMs and automation platforms to accelerate analysis.
  • Strong background in experimental design, causal inference, and evaluating impact on LTV, gross margin, and retention.
  • Background working with digital payments, insurance claims processing systems, or AI feature consumption metrics (preferred).
  • Experience building or maintaining expansion propensity scores (preferred).
