Description

  • Validate print, digital, and broadcast media content against client briefs and editorial guidelines.
  • Deliver accurate, timely media monitoring content and meet quality standards and performance goals.
  • Write concise article- and story-level summaries and digests in English from English and other European languages.
  • Build and maintain search queries and keyword strategies to match client requirements and improve efficiency.
  • Partner with Customer Support, Sales, Editorial, and other teams to set up and maintain client projects and workflows.
  • Monitor service quality and escalate risks or issues that could affect client delivery.
  • Produce reports, dashboards, and presentation materials using established templates.
  • Extract, analyze, and manipulate data using Excel and Power BI to generate reliable insights.
  • Deliver client-facing media analysis with clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation and project information across internal collaboration tools.
  • Stay current on media monitoring, analytics, and data visualization trends and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Experience working with media content, including content validation, editorial summaries, or media monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to review work for accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English plus at least one additional European language.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience working with Google Search and online research tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Experience building search strings, Boolean queries, or media monitoring searches (preferred).
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, or client presentations (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros or automation (preferred).
  • Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools (preferred).
  • Experience working with media analytics, editorial workflows, or customer reporting (preferred).
  • Interest in media intelligence, journalism, communications, or data storytelling (preferred).
  • Up to 10% travel for team collaboration, customer engagements, and company events.
  • Ability to attend the annual company offsite, typically held in Mexico.
