Description

  • Conduct engaging in-person customer professional development sessions, with travel required about 50% of the time and heavily concentrated from July to October.
  • Deliver virtual professional development sessions for K-12 administrators, counselors, and educators.
  • Lead the customer webinar series by creating session content, scheduling sessions, and facilitating delivery.
  • Manage professional development operations and tracking in Salesforce.
  • Become a product expert and provide feedback to the product team.
  • Support the Customer Success team with internal training and product enablement sessions.
  • Create and update professional learning resources, including training slide decks, help articles, and other customer-facing materials.
  • Assist with additional training team projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering content or presentations in an education or professional setting.
  • Experience delivering professional development to educators in the K-12 landscape is highly preferred.
  • Experience delivering SaaS training.
  • Ability to deliver training to users with varying technical abilities.
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly and thoroughly.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including editing Google Slides to meet branding standards.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 75% or more of the time for customer professional development, with most travel between July and October.
  • Ability to work from the East Coast time zone and live near a major airport.
  • Willingness to attend two internal company trips per year.
