Description

  • Lead the full RFP lifecycle from opportunity identification through final submission and follow-up.
  • Coordinate input and approvals from Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Draft, edit, and maintain proposal content, contracts, and compliance-related documents.
  • Evaluate proposal terms for risks, clarifications, and negotiation opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with district procurement officers, contracting representatives, and legal teams.
  • Research federal, state, and district procurement regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Track contract deadlines and conditions, including delivery milestones and SLAs.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical document management systems with strong version control.
  • Partner with Marketing to refine product messaging in RFP responses.
  • Keep the company content library in Loopio updated with current value propositions and competitive differentiators.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing RFPs, RFIs, or contracts in SaaS, EdTech, or the public sector.
  • Familiarity with state and/or public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across teams.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical and legal language into clear, persuasive content.
  • Proven ability to analyze proposals, identify contractual risks, and develop clarifying questions.
  • Proficiency with RFP and document management tools such as Loopio, Notion, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
  • Comfort interfacing with legal teams, procurement officers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset toward improving processes and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
