Description

  • Lead continuous technical enablement for ICX partners across graph, ontology, machine learning, and agentic AI capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver partner workshops, architecture sessions, and training on ICX, Mendix, generative AI, and agentic development patterns.
  • Guide partners in designing enterprise agentic AI use cases and end-to-end customer solutions.
  • Provide technical consultation throughout partner client engagements, from discovery and qualification through delivery and adoption.
  • Help partners model customer domains as enterprise ontologies and build AI agents, machine learning, and agentic applications.
  • Develop industry-specific demonstrations and proof-of-concepts using Mendix, ICX, and generative AI.
  • Advise on solution governance, scalability, security, lifecycle management, and integration with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to partners and collaborate with sales and ICX leaders to improve the channel engagement model.
  • Provide partner and market feedback to inform the ICX product roadmap.
  • Travel up to 25%, with potential for additional onsite time with partners and clients.

Requirements

  • Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and enabling technical teams, ideally in a partner-facing or channel environment.
  • Hands-on expertise designing agentic AI solutions grounded in enterprise data, including LLMs, retrieval, tool use, and Multi-Concept Programming (MCP).
  • Experience with agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot is highly valued.
  • Expertise modelling business domains as enterprise ontologies or knowledge graphs and applying them in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with modern data and AI platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Google Cloud, AWS data lakes, Palantir, or C3.ai.
  • Experience with Mendix application development, architecture, or consulting, including integration with AI services and enterprise processes.
  • Data engineering and analytics experience, including integrating and modelling enterprise data for AI applications.
  • Experience leading client engagements and delivery teams from concept through implementation in AI, data, or analytics.
  • Ability to lead technical and strategic working sessions with technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, pharma, aerospace, or financial services is preferred.

  • Salary range of $125,300 to $250,600, based on location, knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
