Description

  • Track payment integrity market, competitor, and regulatory trends and inform Product strategy.
  • Develop analytical tools, reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance measures.
  • Build healthcare analytics offerings and demo materials across payment integrity, medical cost management, value-based care, population health, risk adjustment, and HEDIS/Star ratings.
  • Deliver client and prospect demos and support RFPs and proposals with rigorous data.
  • Analyze the sales pipeline to forecast revenue and identify market opportunities.
  • Build revenue and cost models to evaluate deal margins.
  • Support pricing strategy using cost and implementation data.
  • Engage clients and prospects to translate reimbursement methodologies, claims trends, and medical cost drivers into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in a healthcare-related company, such as a payer, provider, vendor, or consulting firm.
  • Required hands-on experience in payment integrity.
  • Strong knowledge of payer reimbursement methodologies, claims data, medical cost trends, and healthcare financial reporting.
  • Expertise in payment integrity concepts, including pre-pay and post-pay audits, DRG validation, coordination of benefits, and fraud, waste, and abuse detection.
  • Subject matter expertise in healthcare data and analytics used by payers.
  • Experience creating and presenting executive-ready dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
  • Confidence engaging customers and prospects in high-stakes sales conversations, RFPs, demos, and executive presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently amid ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, polished, empathetic communication and the ability to adapt presentations to different audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.
