Description

  • Handle outbound-capable customer service work for U.S.-facing clients.
  • Manage customer follow-ups proactively and consistently without reminders.
  • Take and handle live client calls during scheduled U.S. business hours.
  • De-escalate difficult customer situations and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Track daily customer touchpoints and maintain accurate follow-up activity in CRM systems.
  • Work within company-provided email, CRM, and internal platforms to support customer operations.
  • Support ongoing day-to-day operations as a stable, long-term member of the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a U.S.-facing, outbound-capable customer service role.
  • Daily active fluency with a CRM such as HubSpot, Zoho, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or an equivalent platform.
  • Experience using VoIP systems such as RingCentral, Aircall, Dialpad, or an equivalent tool.
  • Ability to manage 40+ daily customer touchpoints without task management reminders.
  • Strong spoken English with a warm, clear, professional phone presence for live U.S. client calls.
  • Demonstrated experience handling complaints and de-escalating difficult calls.
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday during U.S. business hours (EST/CST/PST).
  • Personal computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to handle calls during the assigned shift.
  • Preferred experience working for a U.S. franchise, home services, or service-based business.
  • Preferred history of tracking measurable results such as contacts per day, follow-up completion rate, or review request conversion.
  • Preferred experience building or improving follow-up processes that others used.

Benefits

  • Remote international work arrangement.
  • Full-time, long-term employment.
  • Salary of $1,250/month, increasing to $1,500 after 90 days.
  • Schedule aligned to U.S. business hours, Monday–Friday.
  • Company provides all tools, including email, CRM, and internal platforms.
  • Occasional flexibility may be available depending on time zones or business needs.
