Description

  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor and manage the customer success lifecycle from onboarding through expansion.
  • Serve as the primary product expert helping customers build observability pipelines and transform data.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership to drive success plans and KPIs.
  • Communicate with tech-touch customers through the customer success platform using data-driven metrics and automation.
  • Expand customer value by identifying new use cases, teams, and data sources to reduce, enrich, and route data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, customer experience, and engineering as the voice of the customer.
  • Keep customers healthy throughout their journey to help them realize value and continue growing with Cribl.
  • Mentor and coach team members within the Customer Experience organization.
  • Occasionally work outside standard hours to support a remote-first, multi-time-zone team environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a related post-sales function with direct customer advocacy and engagement.
  • Experience working with federal or public sector organizations.
  • Must be local to the greater Washington D.C. area.
  • Experience with GovCloud or FedRAMP.
  • Strong customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Customer-facing presentation experience in program reviews or similar events.
  • Direct experience with observability, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
  • Deep understanding of managing data pipelines across the full data lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to develop new use cases around reducing, reusing, enriching, and routing data.
  • Quick learner with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: direct experience with Cribl products or administering data engineering platforms such as Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, or Snowflake.
  • Preferred: working knowledge of major cloud providers including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Preferred: experience using customer success platforms such as GainSight.
  • Preferred: ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
