Description

  • Research rental comparables and monitor market conditions to support pricing decisions for active and upcoming listings.
  • Create, update, and maintain property listings across rental platforms and marketplaces.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, send pre-screening forms, and coordinate showings using approved communication templates.
  • Review applications, income documents, employment details, rental history, and references, and coordinate background and credit checks.
  • Organize applicant records, flag risks or missing information, and support lease preparation and e-signature collection.
  • Coordinate move-in timelines, inspections, onboarding documents, welcome packets, and key handovers.
  • Track rent payments, send reminders and follow-ups, issue receipts, and flag overdue balances or discrepancies.
  • Log, categorize, and coordinate maintenance requests with vendors until issues are resolved.
  • Manage lease renewals, move-out inspections, condition reports, deposit deductions, and refund workflows.
  • Handle communication and recordkeeping across Gmail, CRM systems, WhatsApp, rental platforms, and utility accounts.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prior hands-on experience in property management operations.
  • Experience communicating directly with tenants.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance requests, and operational follow-through.
  • Experience working across multiple platforms simultaneously without losing task visibility.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, follow-ups, and documentation independently.
  • Strong written communication skills with fast response times.
  • High attention to detail and record accuracy.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced remote environment with US-aligned hours.
  • Ability to work without daily step-by-step supervision and proactively escalate issues.
  • Comfort handling repetitive operational work consistently without quality dropping.
  • Candidates without direct property management operations experience will not be considered.
  • MLS experience is preferred but not required.
