Description

  • Research rental comparables and support pricing decisions before listings go live or changes are made.
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate property listings across rental platforms and social channels.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, send pre-screening forms, and coordinate showings using approved templates.
  • Review applications, coordinate background and credit checks, and organize applicant documents for ownership review.
  • Coordinate move-ins, including inspections, onboarding documents, welcome packets, and required signatures.
  • Track rent payments, send reminders, maintain records, and assist with overdue balance follow-up.
  • Log, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance requests with vendors through to completion.
  • Manage lease renewals, expiration tracking, move-out scheduling, and deposit deduction or refund workflows.
  • Keep communication and records organized across Gmail, CRM systems, WhatsApp, and property platforms.
  • Coordinate utility setup, transfers, and cancellations to prevent service interruptions.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prior hands-on experience in property management operations.
  • Direct experience handling tenant communication.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance requests, and operational follow-through.
  • Ability to work across multiple platforms simultaneously while maintaining task visibility.
  • Strong independent time management, follow-up discipline, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment with US-aligned hours.
  • Comfort working without daily step-by-step supervision.
  • Proactive escalation of issues instead of waiting for ownership to notice problems.
  • Ability to handle repetitive operational work consistently without quality dropping.
  • MLS experience is preferred but not required.
