Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer support interactions in Spanish and English across phone, email, and chat.
  • Take ownership of customer issues from first contact through resolution, keeping cases clear and complete.
  • Resolve common customer issues quickly and escalate only when necessary with thorough documentation.
  • Manage multiple conversations at once while maintaining quality and control across channels.
  • De-escalate frustrated or confused customers and keep interactions moving toward resolution.
  • Adjust tone, clarity, and communication style based on the customer’s language and level of understanding.
  • Translate or clarify information in real time for Spanish-speaking customers when needed.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems and track follow-ups until closure.
  • Maintain clean, structured case records that allow other team members to pick up work seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Peru.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, with the ability to switch languages mid-conversation.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as call center, support, or service.
  • Proven ability to handle live voice conversations in real time.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tickets or conversations simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to explain complex information clearly in both languages.
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability and minimal supervision.
  • Strong documentation and follow-through skills, with no tolerance for missed follow-ups.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, VOIP/dialer systems, chat tools, and ticketing platforms.
  • Willingness to complete a 2–3 minute Loom introduction and role-play video as part of the application process.
