Description

  • Handle a high volume of chats and calls with a strong focus on quality and no cold calling.
  • Provide detailed product information, address customer concerns, and resolve objections to support customer satisfaction.
  • Guide users through onboarding and activation flows to help them adopt the product successfully.
  • Educate customers on product use and best practices to improve their experience and outcomes.
  • Use selling techniques to promote additional products such as resume review to existing customers.
  • Convert support interactions into paid opportunities when relevant.
  • Act as the first line of retention by identifying early churn signals during customer conversations.
  • Share customer insights and feedback with the team to improve retention and overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in customer support, customer success, or support-driven sales with US-based customers.
  • Fluent English and Russian.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a business-oriented approach.
  • High-speed internet connection with VPN-free access.
  • Experience in support-driven sales or converting support conversations into revenue is a plus.
