Description

  • Respond to inbound and outbound customer interactions by phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.
  • Take ownership of customer issues from first contact through resolution and escalate only when necessary.
  • Resolve common customer problems quickly while maintaining clear documentation and control of the conversation.
  • De-escalate frustrated or confused customers and work to retain customer satisfaction.
  • Switch smoothly between voice, email, and chat support without losing quality of service.
  • Adjust communication style and clarity based on the customer’s language and level of understanding.
  • Translate or clarify information in real time for Spanish-speaking customers when needed.
  • Log all interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain clean, structured case records.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure open cases are completed without being forgotten.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Argentina and available for a fully remote position.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, with the ability to switch mid-conversation.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as call center, support, or service.
  • Proven ability to handle live voice conversations and multiple tickets or conversations at once.
  • Strong ability to explain complex information clearly in both languages.
  • Comfortable operating independently with high accountability and minimal supervision.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, VOIP/dialer systems, and chat or ticketing platforms.
  • Must be comfortable communicating on video calls and submit a Loom introduction video to be prioritized.
  • Ability to work full-time US-aligned hours in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
