Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu to support daily operations.
  • Escalate and assign issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Investigate issues and provide accurate solutions to customer problems.
  • Maintain and update customer records during client interactions.
  • Meet performance metrics for client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.
  • Address collections and billing inquiries, including payment plans, account balances, and overdue payments.
  • Clarify charges, generate statements, and process billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with native-level communication ability.
  • Availability to start on April 13, 2026.
  • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, with a 9-hour shift and 1 unpaid hour break.
  • Availability for Monday through Friday and Saturday after training, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Dedicated home workspace required; equipment details will be provided during the interview process.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Strong customer-first orientation and empathy toward customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.
  • Experience with or willingness to complete cancellations training and apply retention strategies.
