Description

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of construction projects across approximately 10 lifecycle stages from initiation through closeout.
  • Coordinate directly with Spanish-speaking field crews, internal managers, and clients to keep projects moving without delays.
  • Monitor project status in the CRM and update records in real time to match field progress and identify blockers.
  • Bridge communication between field crews and internal teams by clarifying instructions, translating issues, and resolving miscommunication.
  • Handle client calls and inquiries promptly, providing clear status updates and managing expectations on timelines, delays, and scope.
  • Recover stalled projects by identifying breakdown points, reactivating progress, and escalating only after attempting resolution with full context.
  • Use AI-assisted estimating tools to prepare structured cost outputs for small project requests and validate estimates against known constraints.
  • Confirm project completion, align CRM status with real-world outcomes, and trigger invoicing handoff and closeout workflows.
  • Track recurring operational bottlenecks and flag systemic issues to leadership.
  • Maintain continuous communication through Slack, WhatsApp, CRM, and calls to prevent lost or inactive projects.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, construction operations, or field-based execution roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously without losing detail.
  • Strong comfort communicating directly with field crews and clients under pressure.
  • Experience using CRM systems for real-time operational tracking.
  • Ability to resolve issues independently before escalation.
  • Strong tolerance for fast-paced, high-interruption operational environments.
  • Must be proactive and able to operate across unclear or partially built systems.
  • Comfort working US-aligned hours for real-time coordination.
  • Experience with internal CRM, Slack, WhatsApp, Questblue, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, or AI estimating tools is preferred.
