Description

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to identify, target, and convert high-value prospects into long-term partnerships.
  • Expand existing client relationships by uncovering new opportunities and broadening engagement across Sawhorse’s capabilities.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage brands, studios, agencies, and partners.
  • Help lead and streamline business development conversations within the pitch and bidding process.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at brands, entertainment studios, and partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to create sales decks and customized proposals aligned with client goals.
  • Use data and market insights to refine prospecting, improve conversion rates, and maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Represent Sawhorse at conferences, networking events, and industry gatherings to build visibility and new connections.
  • Monitor sales performance, client interactions, and pipeline progress to improve strategy and growth outcomes.
  • Conduct competitor research and track industry trends, including emerging technologies and generative AI, to identify opportunities and gaps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a sales-driven role.
  • Proven ability to secure and expand high-value client relationships.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships with brands, studios, and partners.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and sales goals.
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience creating pitch decks, proposals, and case studies.
  • Comfortable attending and speaking at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo and with LinkedIn and CRM platforms such as Airtable and Asana.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to turn market trends and data into actionable business strategies.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can work with minimal direction.
  • Ability to define, track, and optimize key business development KPIs.
  • Nice to have: experience with account-based marketing.
  • Nice to have: multilingual or international experience.
  • Nice to have: experience in immersive and interactive content, including UGC platforms, VR/AR, AI, and experiential activations.

  • $100,000 - $140,000 salary plus commission.
