Description

  • Design, develop, and implement enablement programs for the pre-sales engineering team.
  • Deliver targeted training that improves technical acumen and sales effectiveness across the SE organization.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Field CTOs, and Sales Leadership to translate product updates into sales strategies.
  • Manage demos, demo instances, and scripts used by the sales engineering team.
  • Support SEs in preparing for customer meetings and high-level technical discussions.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure enablement impact and sales engineering performance.
  • Help the team address technical challenges during the sales process and meet evolving customer needs.
  • Maintain alignment with security, privacy, and information security policies and procedures when required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical enablement within the identity space.
  • Experience building enablement programs from the ground up.
  • Experience using LMS and enablement platforms to scale training programs.
  • Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • Solid understanding of the SaaS sales cycle.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Completion of security and privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter, if required for the role.
