Description

  • Own the intake, scoping, and documentation of RevOps and Salesforce requests across the business.
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and partner with technical resources to deliver solutions.
  • Lead the execution of mid-sized Salesforce and RevOps projects from concept through deployment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on assigned initiatives and manage expectations.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and related systems.
  • Support prioritization by assessing scope, impact, and level of effort across requests.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on roadmap and solution design.
  • Drive process improvements and system optimization aligned with the broader RevOps strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise.
  • Experience translating business needs into technical requirements for development and architecture teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven operational improvements and data integrity.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative leadership experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Candidates cannot be based in California, Colorado, or Washington.
  • Security and privacy literacy and awareness training may be required during onboarding and annually thereafter.
