Description

  • Build executive dashboards covering marketing performance, pipeline, funnel conversion, campaign effectiveness, attribution, and ROI.
  • Define consistent KPIs, metric definitions, and visualization standards across Marketing.
  • Connect and model data from Salesforce, Snowflake, HubSpot, and other go-to-market systems.
  • Establish trusted data sources through governance, documentation, lineage, quality controls, and reporting certification.
  • Modernize reporting through self-service analytics, automation, and AI-assisted insight generation.
  • Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and architectures for marketing analytics and business intelligence.
  • Develop capabilities such as conversational reporting, automated insights, and intelligent visualization.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Data, and other teams to translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions.
  • Identify funnel performance gaps and pipeline leakage, then present actionable recommendations to executives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM data structures and B2B marketing funnel metrics.
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure, or similar.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills, including connecting data across multiple business systems.
  • Experience with attribution, pipeline reporting, campaign measurement, and marketing ROI.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into clear executive insights.
  • Experience with AI tools, agentic workflows, or AI-driven analytics such as Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, or Cursor preferred.
  • Familiarity with MCP, APIs, semantic models, structured prompting, JSON, or context engineering preferred.
  • Experience with dbt, Python, R, high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology preferred.
