Description

  • Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned clients and provide strategic guidance throughout their Saviynt journey.
  • Lead the technical definition, scoping, and design of complex identity security solutions and translate client needs into scalable deployments.
  • Prepare RFP responses, professional services estimates, project plans, ROMs, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Own the technical execution of SOWs and provide hands-on oversight, troubleshooting, and escalation support for delivery issues.
  • Conduct regular technical reviews with customers to identify risks, optimize environments, and maximize platform utilization and value realization.
  • Monitor support requests and client environments to identify recurring issues and recommend product or process improvements.
  • Partner with account teams to identify up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver advanced technical demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, Customer Professional Services, Engineering, and Product Management to relay feedback and support product innovation.
  • Assist with regional services resourcing, forecasting, timesheet approval, and invoicing workflows.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience delivering enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • 10+ years of experience leading the scoping, planning, and delivery of large-scale identity security projects.
  • Strong experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior-level clients and partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, technically complex projects with competing timelines, budgets, and expectations.
  • Deep knowledge of project planning, resource management, scope definition, schedule management, status reporting, and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers, and HTML.
  • Experience with Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, or MySQL databases.
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD directory services.
  • Experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, Java, .NET, or C++ is required or preferred depending on the environment.
  • Experience with identity provisioning systems such as Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell, or similar platforms.
  • Must have substantial IGA experience and experience working with SaaS security platforms.
  • Experience with one or more core IGA products: SailPoint, Okta, Oracle OIM, or Saviynt.
  • Experience with REST, LDAP, and database connectors for integrations.
  • PAM experience is desirable, and experience with Pathlock, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea is beneficial.
  • Understanding of access management, SSO, and MFA concepts is nice to have.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks such as Zero Trust, NIST, or ISO27001 is a strong advantage.
  • Experience managing stakeholders, including leading Program Boards and engaging senior management.
  • Experience responding to service RFPs, scoping projects, estimating work, and producing service contracts/SOWs.

Benefits

  • Salary range of €85,000–€110,000 per year, negotiable based on experience.
