Description

  • Lead operational excellence programs across 2+ business domains and identify strategic improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to build improvement portfolios and drive operational transformation initiatives.
  • Manage complex operational challenges from discovery through delivery, turning ambiguous problems into comprehensive improvement initiatives.
  • Orchestrate stakeholder relationships, dependencies, resources, and timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and the company’s proprietary Operational Excellence Model to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Coach and mentor team members and business stakeholders on advanced problem-solving and operational improvement methods.
  • Create communication strategies and lead high-stakes conversations to build alignment and consensus across departments.
  • Design and implement AI-assisted operational workflows, tools, and agent skills to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
  • Redesign processes to balance human judgment, automation, quality, adoption, and sustainment.
  • Lead cross-functional operational initiatives with clear governance and strong adoption across business units.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, program management, or similar roles.
  • 3+ years of program leadership experience managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
  • One or more advanced methodology certifications such as Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Advanced Lean, PMI-ACP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, CSM, or Prosci Change Management.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Master, or PMP certification with multiple project completions across different business contexts.
  • Experience leading large-scale operational transformation programs with documented before/after metrics and sustained results over 18+ months.
  • Experience analyzing complex operational performance data and translating insights into multi-domain improvement strategies.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing department heads, executive stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Technology or product organization experience with knowledge of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with enterprise operational tools such as performance measurement platforms, process mapping software, data analytics tools, program management platforms, and dashboards.
  • Change management and organizational development expertise with measurable adoption and sustainment results.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI to redesign operational work, with exposure to agentic automation or low-code operational tooling as a plus.
