Description

  • Prepare and program survey questionnaires.
  • Pull samples, track surveys in the field, and weight results.
  • Oversee the polling process end to end.
  • Prepare and deliver client outputs such as toplines and crosstabs.
  • Work cross-functionally with project teams to design polling solutions.
  • Coordinate with team members on experiments, modeling, and analytics surveys.
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team on polling methodology and process improvements.
  • Help manage vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Work with the Director of Polling to refine processes and monitor industry innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A few years of experience working with survey data.
  • Polling field experience is a strong bonus.
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, R, and/or Python.
  • Ability to manipulate data and work comfortably with spreadsheets.
  • Ability to distill complex requests into key points and relevant information.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to getting each step right.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis under tight deadlines in unstructured or open-ended situations.
  • Passion for using data-driven solutions to improve social outcomes.
