Description

  • Plan and coordinate SAP HCM training and simulated project schedules, assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Assess participant learning needs and provide tailored guidance, including support for candidates returning after career breaks.
  • Deliver online weekend training sessions, practical workshops, and system demonstrations.
  • Train participants in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
  • Explain HR business processes and guide requirements gathering, process mapping, and hands-on configuration exercises.
  • Mentor participants through simulated implementation activities, including requirements analysis, testing, and documentation.
  • Develop training materials, practical assignments, reference guides, and project documentation.
  • Guide participants in creating test scenarios and scripts, conducting simulated UAT, and tracking issues to resolution.
  • Review assignments, monitor progress, provide feedback, and prepare participants for technical interviews.
  • Coordinate with program, functional consulting, and technical teams on sessions, system access, and training issues.

Requirements

  • Hands-on SAP HCM implementation or support experience.
  • Previous experience training or mentoring candidates.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Patient and supportive approach to learners with varying experience levels.
  • Availability to conduct remote weekend sessions.
