Description

  • Design and deliver customized customer training programs.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person instructor-led training for end users, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop subject-matter expertise across Entrata products and services.
  • Translate complex technical product information into accessible, engaging instruction for diverse audiences.
  • Lead live training and large-audience presentations at company events.
  • Own curriculum development, training-content updates, and training logistics.
  • Meet deadlines and key performance indicators while managing competing priorities.
  • Collaborate empathetically with clients and colleagues to identify and resolve challenges.
  • Use approved GenAI tools to support deliverables while reviewing outputs for accuracy, brand alignment, and data privacy.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in software or sales training.
  • Ability to deliver effective live and virtual training sessions.
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and workload-prioritization skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across varied audiences and learning styles.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate in team environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%, with potential international travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with adult-learning principles and instructional best practices.
  • Multi-family industry experience (preferred).
