Description

  • Define, create, and implement custom training programs for customers based on their specific needs.
  • Deliver instructor-led classroom training and virtual training to end-user customers, partners, and internal employees.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Entrata’s products and services to transfer knowledge effectively to customers.
  • Concisely communicate technical content to a wide range of user profiles.
  • Create, coordinate, and deliver training for Entrata’s annual conferences for live audiences of 300+ people.
  • Independently manage all aspects of curriculum development and training delivery.
  • Travel up to 50% domestically, with possible international travel.
  • Meet deadlines and KPIs while working independently toward department goals.
  • Identify client and coworker challenges and foster positive communication when sharing viewpoints, concerns, and ideas.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software or sales training experience.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically, with the possibility of international travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in the multi-family industry (preferred).
  • Ability to apply fundamental concepts of adult learning to lessons and presentations (preferred).
  • Strong interest in teaching and helping others learn (preferred).
