Description

  • Lead Sapio Sciences deployments and major enhancement projects.
  • Own project delivery from kickoff through go-live while managing multiple engagements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans covering timelines, budgets, quality, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate internal teams and secure appropriate resources with the Head of Programs and global PM team.
  • Advise customers on Sapio best practices and maintain regular communication through the agile deployment methodology.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Prepare Sapio teams for deployments and maintain professional customer engagements.
  • Document customer feedback, resolve issues, and maintain complete project documentation.
  • Establish scalable project management processes, methods, and supporting tools across Customer Success.
  • Plan and lead client workshops and ensure stakeholders remain aligned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience in Life Sciences, ideally with LIMS or ELN software in a laboratory environment.
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, client workshops, and project plans.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in a Life Science such as molecular biology or chemistry preferred.
  • Self-starting, customer-centric, persistent, approachable, and comfortable learning new processes quickly.
  • Strong communication, presentation, listening, analytical, problem-solving, and fact-finding skills.
  • Experience with business change, transformation, and advising on best practices.
  • Strong organization, time management, prioritization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively from a home office and travel to client sites within Europe.
  • Agile Project Management certification or demonstrable agile project management experience preferred.
