Description

  • Oversee production of print ads, digital content, congress materials, and other promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital, medical, client service, vendors, and external agencies.
  • Manage schedules and track multiple projects, adjusting priorities as needed.
  • Review and approve final materials for quality, client alignment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain efficient, legally compliant production workflows.
  • Resolve production issues and serve as the primary contact among internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage production budgets, including cost negotiation and expenditure tracking.
  • Monitor pharmaceutical advertising trends, regulatory changes, and production technologies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the production team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project management experience within an advertising agency.
  • Pharmaceutical advertising experience and a track record managing large-scale, multichannel campaigns preferred.
  • Experience with new brand, product, or creative launches and label updates.
  • Deep understanding of FDA regulations governing pharmaceutical advertising.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with production software and tools; basic design software knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality and compliance judgment.
  • Experience managing teams and developing staff.
