Description

  • Manage end-to-end financial licensing projects across jurisdictions, from regulatory analysis through license approval and operational launch.
  • Research licensing, corporate structure, substance, tax, and operational requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate document collection, apostilles, corporate records, and submission-ready licensing packages.
  • Coordinate local lawyers, consultants, registration agents, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze corporate structures and prepare or adapt corporate documents, AML/CFT policies, risk management frameworks, and related internal policies.
  • Support bank account, EMI, and PSP onboarding, including KYB documentation and payment infrastructure readiness.
  • Manage post-approval launch readiness, including accounts, PSP integrations, internal processes, and client onboarding flows.
  • Track licensing timelines and independently manage stakeholder communications throughout each project.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in legal, regulatory, or compliance roles within FinTech, Crypto, FX, or Payments.
  • End-to-end licensing project management experience, from regulatory analysis and documentation through license acquisition and operational launch.
  • Experience conducting regulatory research and interpreting requirements from multiple regulators.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple processes under strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills with the ability to solve complex regulatory challenges independently.
  • English proficiency for working with international consultants, legal documentation, and regulatory materials.
