Description

  • Manage load flexibility program enrollment, invoicing, deliverables, budgets, tracking systems, and reporting.
  • Develop and improve operational processes, customer surveys, and program enhancements.
  • Coordinate customers, member agencies, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to resolve implementation issues.
  • Prepare and present program updates, budget summaries, recommendations, and reports to leadership and partners.
  • Track industry practices and market trends to inform load flexibility program planning and design.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, implementation strategies, dashboards, and performance analyses.
  • Manage data collection and reporting for operational oversight, Board and Committee reporting, and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to increase customer recruitment, awareness, and participation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience advancing load flexibility programs, such as demand response, DERs, VPPs, or EV managed charging.
  • Experience interpreting data, developing implementation plans, and presenting solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, escalate issues, and work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong judgment, integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to nontechnical audiences and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of EV managed charging, smart thermostats, solar, home batteries, or other flexible-load solutions.
  • Preferred: Experience with CCA or utility program implementation, resiliency, grid management, electrification, or local energy procurement.
  • Availability to work CPA hours, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. PST, with required in-person attendance based on the selected work arrangement.
