Description

  • Translate customer requests into underlying business and functional requirements.
  • Document current-state and future-state business processes and workflows using swim-lane diagrams.
  • Define, track, and measure customer success criteria within implemented solutions.
  • Configure workflows and experiments in the Sapio Platform and create wireframes where needed.
  • Deliver end-user training on customized solutions and demonstrate how they meet customer goals.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis, uncover critical business requirements, and facilitate solution delivery.
  • Manage BA-related deployment documentation and communicate technical material clearly.
  • Partner with product teams to capture customer-driven feature requirements.
  • Act as a trusted technical partner, reviewing customer deployments to support adoption of Sapio’s product and service portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the US team on scalable processes and assist with sprint-deliverable testing as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with LIMS or ELN software.
  • Life sciences laboratory experience, preferably introducing new IT solutions.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in a life science discipline, such as molecular biology or chemistry.
  • Lean Six Sigma qualification.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience managing external stakeholders and building relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Experience leading external client workshops and documenting business needs and outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines accurately and with close attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interviewing, data-analysis, and fact-finding skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills.
