Description

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for large, multi-stakeholder customers with low-complexity implementations.
  • Configure the OnBoard platform according to customer requirements and product best practices.
  • Deliver administrator and end-user training to support confident product launches.
  • Guide customers through setup, workflows, feature adoption, and change management.
  • Own onboarding project plans, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities across customer stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple concurrent onboarding engagements while maintaining consistent, predictable outcomes.
  • Identify adoption or timeline risks and take action to keep projects on track.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Sales to align onboarding with long-term customer outcomes.
  • Facilitate customer status updates, onboarding touchpoints, and milestone reviews.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Eastern Time supporting EMEA and APAC customers.
  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, consulting, training, or technical enablement.
  • Experience supporting structured, repeatable customer onboarding processes, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into practical product configurations without custom development.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including customer-facing training and conversations.
  • Ability to drive product adoption and value realization.
  • Experience collaborating with Customer Success, Product, Account Management, Support, and Sales teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools such as Salesforce or ChurnZero; familiarity with Gong, Notion, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred; experience with large or complex organizations and board or board-committee experience or certification preferred.
