Description

  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality Atlassian solutions and system architectures.
  • Facilitate customer discussions to identify business and technical requirements and create implementation plans.
  • Provide customers with technical guidance, recommendations, and best-practice advice.
  • Support the rollout, adoption, and scaling of delivered solutions.
  • Manage customer engagements, including scheduling, coordination, communication, and relationship management.
  • Advise on internal tools and processes as a senior technical team member.
  • Contribute to proposals and statements of work.
  • Support sales calls as a technical resource, advising prospective customers on product solutions.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert within the Atlassian community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Experience implementing Atlassian solutions, including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training for Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and related products.
  • Demonstrated customer consulting, influencing, and engagement experience.
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Technical proficiency with command-line tools, preferably Unix, SQL, scripting, and software configuration.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, or shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, UAT testing, test-case development, and cloud technologies.
