Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting from workforce planning and intake through sourcing, assessment, offers, and close across functions and geographies.
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate hiring plans and forecasts into recruiting strategies.
  • Build and scale recruiting processes, playbooks, infrastructure, and reporting.
  • Lead searches for business-critical, senior, and executive roles.
  • Develop proactive sourcing, passive-candidate outreach, and market-mapping strategies.
  • Advise hiring managers on role design, leveling, compensation, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Champion the employer brand and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Administer and optimize Lever, including pipelines, workflows, templates, integrations, data integrity, and reporting.
  • Track recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance, and source effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliant, consistent, and equitable hiring practices across regions and support a smooth onboarding handoff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience personally managing senior- and Director-level searches.
  • Experience building or scaling a talent acquisition function, ideally in SaaS or life sciences.
  • Hands-on experience administering and optimizing an ATS; Lever experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies; US and international experience preferred.
  • Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and supporting board- or private-equity-facing hiring priorities preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, organization, prioritization, and judgment skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, complex requisitions while maintaining candidate and hiring-manager experience.
  • Data-driven, process-improvement mindset with proficiency in recruiting analytics and ATS platforms.
